1. Information We Collect

We collect two categories of personal data:

Devenred customer data (companies that hire DC360):

  • Name, email address, and phone number of the registering user.
  • Company name and country.

End-user data (people who communicate with our clients through connected channels):

  • Username, phone number, or platform-specific identifier.
  • Content of messages exchanged with the business.

With respect to end-user data, Devenred acts as a data processor on behalf of the client that contracted the service. Said client is the data controller with respect to its own users.


2. Purpose of Processing

The collected data is used exclusively for the provision of the contracted service: enabling the unified management of messages, conversations, and communication channels through the DC360 platform.

Devenred does not use personal data for advertising purposes, nor does it sell or share it with third parties.


3. Transfer of Data to Third Parties

Devenred does not transfer personal data to third parties except in the following cases:

  • To service providers necessary for platform operation, who act under Devenred's instruction and are subject to contractual confidentiality obligations. Current providers are:
    • Meta Platforms, Inc. — provider of the WhatsApp and Instagram APIs (United States)
    • Microsoft Azure — server infrastructure provider (United States / global region)
  • When required by a competent judicial or administrative authority, in accordance with applicable legislation.
  • In the event of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring, with prior notice to affected clients.

Data transferred to providers located outside Uruguay is carried out under appropriate contractual safeguards ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that required by Law No. 18.331.


4. Integration with Meta Platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp)

By connecting an Instagram Business account or a WhatsApp Business number to DC360, the client expressly authorizes Devenred to access the following data on their behalf:

Instagram Business:

  • Unique identifier of the Instagram Business account, required to establish and maintain the integration.
  • Direct messages received by the connected account, in order to display them in the management dashboard and allow the client's team to respond.
  • Username and identifier of the sender of each message, required to identify and manage conversations.

Devenred does not access posts, followers, stories, or any other profile or account activity data beyond what is described.

WhatsApp Business:

  • Phone number and name of the contact initiating the conversation.
  • Content of messages sent and received through the connected number.

In both cases, the data is processed exclusively to allow the client to manage their customer service and business communications through DC360. The processing of this data complies with the Meta Platform Policies and its terms of service.


5. Data Retention

Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the additional period necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Upon disconnection of an integration or termination of the service, Devenred will proceed to delete the corresponding access data within a maximum of 30 days.

Data is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest, and access is restricted to authorized personnel.


6. Cookies

Devenred's website uses essential cookies for its proper functioning, and analytical cookies to understand user behavior. Upon first visit, user consent is requested for the use of non-essential cookies, which can be revoked at any time from the browser settings.


7. Data Subject Rights

In accordance with Law No. 18.331 on Personal Data Protection of Uruguay, the data subject has the right to access, rectify, delete, or object to the processing of their personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@devenred.io.


8. Modifications to This Policy

Devenred reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The current version will be available at all times on this page.
